PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide via PayPal. Prices are listed in UK pounds. In case of a refund agreement, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING

We presently only ship within UK, we utilise reliable courier services such as UPS, DHL Express, DPD, and FedEx for shipping. Delivery typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. For returns of products in their original condition. Please package the item securely for return.

7-day returns policy
We offer free returns. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to ask about a refund and return.

Process for Returns

Notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork for a refund.

We will advise you on how to do this.

Securely package the undamaged artwork.

As soon as the artwork is received we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note.
If your artwork is received damaged, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that cancellations of customised orders are not accepted, and such returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
