Description
Although I now live in North Wales, I was born and bred on the outskirts of Liverpool, I spent a lot of my early young years in the centre and still visit it to meet my oldest friends. My drawing captures the quiet solitude of Albert Dock at daybreak, with the old telephone box standing as a relic of conversations past and the diner bus waiting for its first customers. The absence of people lets the scene breathe, holding a sense of anticipation—like the world is just about to wake up 🙂
